Purchasing and Payment

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollar unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Free Themes

• Can be modified for your own use
• Cannot be resold or redistributed as-is
• Attribution appreciated but not required

Premium Themes (Regular License)

• Use for one single end product (one website)
• Can be modified for your own use
• Cannot be resold or redistributed
• Free updates for 12 months
• Technical support included

Premium Themes (Extended License)

• All Regular License benefits
• Use for multiple end products
• Use in products for sale to customers
• Priority support
• Lifetime updates

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense themes
• Use themes for illegal purposes
• Remove copyright notices or credits
• Claim themes as your own creation
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or decompile themes

Refund Policy

Free Themes

No refunds are applicable for free themes as no payment is made.

Premium Themes

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if:

• The theme has critical bugs that cannot be fixed
• The theme does not work as described
• You have not downloaded or used the theme

Refunds Will NOT Be Granted If:

• You changed your mind
• You purchased the wrong theme by mistake (please contact us for exchange)
• You lack the technical skills to use the theme
• The theme does not meet your expectations (please review demo before purchase)
• You have already downloaded and used the theme

Refund Process

1. Contact our support team within 14 days
2. Provide order number and reason for refund
3. Allow 2-3 business days for review
4. Refunds processed within 7-10 business days if approved

Installation Services

What We Provide

For premium theme purchases, we offer:

• Basic configuration and setup
• Demo content import (if available)
• Initial technical support

Requirements

You must provide:

• Valid cPanel credentials
• Access to your hosting account
• A clean installation environment

Installation Timeline

Installations are typically completed within:

• Express: 6-12 hours (additional fee)
• Rush: 2-4 hours (premium fee)

Support and Maintenance

Support Scope

Our support includes:

Support Does NOT Include

• Major customizations or modifications
• Third-party plugin integration
• Server configuration issues
• Training or consulting
• Content creation

Support Period

• Free themes: Community support only
• Premium themes: 6 months of support included
• Extended license: 12 months of support

Updates

We regularly release updates for our themes. Updates may include:

• Bug fixes and security patches
• New features and improvements
• Compatibility updates
• Performance optimizations

You will receive update notifications via email. Downloads are available through your account dashboard.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

All themes, code, designs, graphics, and content on DevXZone are the intellectual property of DevXZone or our licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Copyright Notices

You may not remove or modify copyright notices, author attributions, or license information from any theme files.

User Content

When you upload content to our website (reviews, comments, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and themes are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Limitation of Liability
